Who we're looking for:
We're seeking an The Rogers Technical Operations team seeks a Spares and RMA Analyst with 2+years ofinventory management experience acquired by working in a warehouse environment. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of the inventory management lifecycle of electronics, including packing, inventory organization, material receipts, material transfers, issues to repair and receipts from repair.

Who we're looking for:
We're seeking an The Rogers Technical Operations team seeks a Spares and RMA Analyst with 2+years ofinventory management experience acquired by working in a warehouse environment. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of the inventory management lifecycle of electronics, including packing, inventory organization, material receipts, material transfers, issues to repair and receipts from repair.
What you'll do:
- Inventory organization & maintenance, pick and pack upon request, and processing of repair & returns / RMA processing.
- Should own reliable transportation with and hold a valid driver's license.
- Available to be on-call after-hours 24/7/365; rotating bi-weekly to attend the warehouse to dispatch parts physically.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds, safely loading, unloading and storing material.
- Responsible for the safety and cleanliness of the warehouse facility.
- Proficient in reading and un derstanding warehouse documentation, data entry, conducting data analysis, and preparing inventory reports.
- 2+ years of experience in inventory lifecycle management functions in a warehouse handling electronics.
- 2 - 4 years experience operating forklifts; must hold a valid forklift license or be willing to obtain one.
- Experienced in conducting inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Delivery-focused, working in a team setting and with vendors and delivery partners.
- Shipping experience using web tools to create shipping labels and commercial invoices.
- Accurately processing shipments against packing slips and dispatch of material using manual and automated systems / Software applications.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams; telecommunications experience preferred.
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
