The Team Leader Provides daily oversight and end-to-end support for security setup and pricing on BMO Wealth Management books of record for all BMO Wealth Management lines of business (Investor Line, Nesbitt Burns and Private Investment Council and BMO Trust Company. This role is responsible for managing daily SLA's and any escalations. Ensuring that set up and pricing is accurate, complete and timely; overseeing the team's work for accuracy; triaging issues and developing a remediation action plan and partnering with lines of business or other Wealth Operations teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of inquiries. Security set up includes equities, fixed income, mutual funds, ETFs, segregated funds, term investments and private securities.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. Required Skills:
- Experience with security set up and pricing activities
- Knowledge of/experience with Broadridge (ADP), FIS (Global Plus), RIS and Charles River Investment Management System
- Knowledge of vendor tools that provide price and security detail information like Bloomberg, Eikon and Fundserv
- Knowledge of Capital market products (Equities, Derivatives and Fixed income securities)
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel functionality
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of audit requirements to ensure adequate audit trail and compliance with controls
- Supervisory experience

- Reconciles and reviews trades, cash transactions and securities positions.
- Accurately compiles account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reports.
- Enters and verifies disbursements and receipts.
- Oversees recording and payment routines for vendors and foreign affiliate accounts.
- Prepares draft bills for approval and assists with finalization and reporting of invoices to clients and foreign affiliates.
- Reconciles general ledgers to subsidiary ledgers and escalates for outages.
- Reconciles bank statements on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis and communicates cash/trade/position outages with internal and external stakeholders; resolves outstanding fund accounting issues in a timely manner.
- Reviews tolerance threshold breaks and escalates any issues.
- Assists with tax compliance reporting.
- Assists in the preparation of audit reports, financial statements and tax distribution calculation.
- Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders and ensures alignment.
- Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.
- Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
- Works independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations.

Qualifications:
- Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
