Senior Manager, Sales Operations
The Senior Manager of Sales Operations for Rogers Business is a critical role that is responsible for key business insights that enable the Enterprise Sales organization to identify, manage and close business opportunities and achieve financial growth objectives.

Senior Manager, Sales Operations
The Senior Manager of Sales Operations for Rogers Business is a critical role that is responsible for key business insights that enable the Enterprise Sales organization to identify, manage and close business opportunities and achieve financial growth objectives.
What you will do:
- Develop sales coverage models across regions and roles in Enterprise Sales to maximize engagement with customers and prospects, grow sales and revenue, and ensure an efficient and effective sales model
- Build Salesforce performance dashboards to track performance to target, funnel, forecast and top opportunities
- Analyze opportunities in top customer and prospect accounts to forecast performance, quantify risks and build models to predict ranges of performance outcomes and key drivers
- Model bookings, billings and churn across Enterprise products and customer lifecycles
- Develop verticalization plans for sales resources and track penetration and opportunities in key verticals
- Analyze our Wireline footprint penetration and work with Marketing to deliver campaigns that increase our base of customers
- Lead our engagement across Sales tools to ensure best-in-class resources are available to Sales and Sales Operations professionals
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Advanced degree an asset
- Experience managing and/or supporting a Sales organization leveraging Salesforce
- Technically adept, experienced in Telco and/or IT markets
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales /operational roles
