Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate professionals for a Full Stack Developer position with hands-on software development and solution design experience and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Translates user needs into technical specifications by understanding, conceptualizing, and facilitating technical requirements from user.
• Analyzes, develops, tests, and implements new software programs or updates to existing , and documentation of entire software development life cycle execution.
• Performs preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and fault rectification of system and core software components.
• Ensures that code/configurations adhere to the security, logging, error handling, and performance standards and non-functional requirements.
• Evaluates new technologies for fit with the program/system/eco-system and the associated upstream and downstream impacts on process, data, and risk.
• Follows release management processes and standards, and applies version controls.
• Assists in interpreting and documentation of client requirements.
• Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.
• Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
• Works independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations.
• Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Technical Must Have Skills:
  • Java
  • Oracle database
  • Angular
  • HTML, JQuery
  • JSON and XML data notations
  • Knowledge of Windows & Linux Operating System

• Technical Nice Have:
  • Knowledge of OpenText Livelink/Content Server
  • AWS Cloud

Salary :

$60,000.00 - $111,700.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
