About the Job:
Mindwire Systems is seeking the services of a ServiceNow Developer for contract position with one of our Valued Clients.
Client Location: Toronto, ON
Working Environment: On-Site Full-Time
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- • Work as part of the technical team, to develop ServiceNow solutions including but not limited to processes/workflows and reports.
• Perform regular platform testing, module administration (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc.) security administration, integration testing, application upgrades etc. as required.
• Analyse software change/enhancement requests and implements the changes within the production systems.
• Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, and support users of applications developed by the ServiceNow development team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- • 3-5 years of related ServiceNow administration and implementation experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Implementation Specialist in in one of the following: ITSM or ITOM.
• Experience with customization of ServiceNow, including proficiency in JavaScript, Custom Tables, HTML/CSS is an asset.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs is an asset.
• Experience in Agile software development practices is an asset.
