Job Skills / Requirements

Position: | Part-Time Mobile Supervisor
Site: | Various
Hours: | Saturday & Sunday - 2200-0600
Payrate: | $17.00/hr

Working as a Mobile Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

•Completing investigations and incident reports
•Attending routine site check-ins
•Attending alarm calls
•Performing site and perimeter patrols
•Provide exceptional customer service
•Provide relief for other sites as directed
•Other duties as required
Job Description


•Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment with maintaining the utmost professionalism
•Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, and customer service orientation
•Remain calm and effectively perform in emergency situations
•Able to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
•Comfortable working alone
•Approach and remove trespassed or suspicious individuals from sites/properties
•Thoroughly document any incidents during shift
•Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact, and diplomacy
•Monitor and maintain Mobile vehicle while on shift, and communicate any repairs needed to CSM
Qualifications


•Minimum 1 year of security experience required
•1 year of security supervisor experience preferred
•Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
•Valid Ontario Security Guard License
•Must possess a valid G Class Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract
•Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C certification (from a WSIB-approved vendor)
•Must be able to provide proof of (minimum) double COVID vaccination
