Averaging Agreement: Overtime is Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hours OR ESA

Hours: | Saturday and Sunday 0700 - 1500

Payrate: | $18.25 /hour

The NIKE Canada Customer Service Centre is located in Scarborough, near Eglinton Avenue East and Brimley Rd.

Duties & Responsibilities:


•Access control
•Enforcing COVD/ site restrictions
•Good communication skills
•Display excellent customer service skills
•Ability to work indoors and outdoors for long periods of time
•Inform security personnel about persons of interest or escalated scenarios
•Physically fit and able to stand and walk for long periods of time
•Assist visitors with directions as required
•Proactive & reactive security patrols
•Response to incidents
•Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB)
•Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position

Please be aware:

The UoF/MOAB training is not paid as it is a pre-requisite, however, Paladin will cover all of the costs of the training with a 6-month commitment to the position/availability

High School Diploma/GED

Certification Requirements (All)

First Aid, CPR Level C
Immunization Record
COVID Double Vaccinated
Valid Ontario Security License
