Position: Security Guard - Exterior Patrols, Corporate Office

City: Chatham, ON

Status: Part-Time, Temporary

Hours: Monday to Friday (1800-2300)

Pay Rate: $18.27/hour

Job Description: Working on assigned shifts, you will be responsible to complete security patrols on foot through the parking lot and exterior property to deter wildlife.

Job Requirements:
•Valid Ontario Security Guard license
•Emergency First Aid & CPR
•Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
•Strong verbal/written communication skills in English
•Professional demeanor and deportment
•Sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders and provide specialized security services by enforcing rules and regulations when required
•Ability to solve problems, make decisions and respond to emergencies while working independently
•Superior customer service skills
•Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacy
•Reliable transportation to the job site
•Position requires the ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time
•Ability to read and understand established post orders and follow direction from Manager
•This position requires an interview with the Client Service Manager serving this account.

At the time of the interview applicant must be able to produce proof of completion of the following prerequisites:
•Double Vaccinated
•A Valid Ontario Security Guard License
•Proficient in English (both oral and written)
•Vulnerable Sector Check

•Additional courses as assigned

Certification Requirements (All)

Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
Valid Ontario Security License
