Email Marketing Manager, Salesforce

Who we're looking for:

Rogers Sports & Media (RSM) is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join its retail marketing team on the TSC (Today's Shopping Choice).

The Email Marketing Manager at TSC will be responsible for developing, deploying and managing email marketing campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This includes reporting and performance management with the goal to drive customer engagement, loyalty and demand. This role will work closely with various stakeholders to drive campaign performance through innovative marketing strategy and email design. The candidate will help define testing methodology, measurement of email marketing effectiveness and cutting-edge retail marketing programs.

What you'll do:
  • Act as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Subject Matter Expert.
  • Lead email journey development, implementation and deployment.
  • On-going management of email campaigns including personalized, dynamic content, testing.
  • Data Management - API and FTP data integration, subscriber status, audience segmentation.
  • Develop and manage email automations (SQL).
  • Manage email templates, creative integration and HTML coding.
  • Work cross-functionally with Data, IT and Creative teams to ensure flawless execution, exceptional customer experience and program performance.
  • Performance reporting and campaign optimization.
  • Manage email marketing specialist.

What you'll bring:
  • Digital marketing, campaign management and analytics experience.
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML and AMP Script.
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving and project management skills.
  • Proven experience in email journey build, data integration and automation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills and data driven thinking.
  • Passion for innovation and the digital marketing industry.
  • Proven leadership ability, teamwork and collaboration; experience working with a diverse set of people.
  • Detail oriented and attention to follow-up.
  • Thrives in a fast past, matrix style organization and can adapt quickly and seamlessly to change.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week.
