The Regional Vice President of Sales (Canada) - Enterprise is responsible for leading Canada's cloud services sales organization to serving our largest customers across the country. Responsibilities include developing market business plans, managing /mentoring / coaching of assigned sales teams based in Canada, understanding customers' business issues and strategies. This individual has track-record of successfully leading Cloud, ERP, SCM, EPM, BI, and Analytics enterprise software sales teams to a broad industry base and in a competitive selling environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience leading cloud enterprise business application sales team related to multiple product suites including: ERP, SCM, EPM, HCM, CRM, Analytics and Reporting applications
- Ability to effectively lead an organization ofgeographic/industry Sales VPs and associated Sales Account Executives
- Business Acumen capable of engaging value proposition engagements with CEO/CFO/CIO/COO level customer executives
- Experience building go-to-market strategies including Systems Integrator and Reseller business partners
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and ideally media training/experience
- Strong individual and leadership coaching capability
EXPERIENCE:
- 15+ years of experience as aproven sales performer and leader, with a track record of nurturing and selling to an existing or new customer base
- Solid sales management experience as a Sales Manager / Regional VP in the enterprise application software industry in Canada
- Experience selling into the C-Suiteacross industries
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Demonstrated success in achieving quota in enterprise class software sales
- Ability to establish and grow executive level customer relationships
- Ability to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
- Experience with conflict management and complex problem solving
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix-management environment with extended team members
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing and presenting
- Ability to present technical concepts in a clear manner to customers and sales team
EDUCATION:
- Minimum University Degree: Bachelor of Business or Science preferred, Bachelor Arts acceptable
Additional Notes:
- Candidate preferred locations in order are Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa or Calgary
- Regular travel within Canada and occasional international travel are required.
