Job Description:
The Senior Manager, Product Group Technology Lead oversees the design, development, testing and delivery of end-to-end RPA, Power, Pega and Gen-AI technology solutions for the Automation & Delivery Product Group within the Enablement Platform in Platforms and Technology.
The key focus of the Product Group is to develop and deliver end-to-end RPA, Power, Pega and Gen-AI technology solutions for Lines of Business within the Bank.
This role carries overall accountability for all design, development and testing of technical solutions, ensuring these solutions adhere to engineering and architectural design principles and patterns. The Senior Manager, Product Group Technology Lead collaborates with Product Group Owners and pod members to effectively communicate technology decisions and drive business results, liaises with stakeholders inside and outside the Bank, and oversees the management of technology issue escalation and resolution processes. Leveraging deep expertise and experience, the Senior Manager, Product Group Technology Lead optimizes product and delivery processes to ensure maximized value.

Job Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of technology engagement for the Automation & Workflow Delivery Product Group
- Own the Product Group's product strategy and roadmap
- Work closely with partners and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet technical direction, requirements, budget, scalability and architectural goals, ensuring all risks and impacts are considered
- Lead the creation and delivery of end-to-end technical solutions and oversee/support multiple specialized pods
- Identify opportunities to minimize any negative cost impact and reduce delivery/operational costs of technology
- Lead planning in driving technology target state model and roadmap-based technology investments within Product Group
- Identify business opportunities through innovation to improve quality and predictability of Technology Delivery
- Lead key initiatives for Technology Options Assessment, Opportunity sizing, Technology Delivery setup & structure
- Lead approach validation process for all technology strategic solutions or POCs
- Ensure programs/initiatives related to security activities are well managed and administered; ensure the prompt and thorough resolution of issues
- Escalate issues with executive stakeholders and lead the realignment of the roadmap and/or development of remediation plans
- Monitor assigned area for productivity and efficiency, operating systems to continually improve delivery capability
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional / enterprise initiatives as a subject matter expert helping to identify risk / provide guidance for significant and complex situations
- Support Product Group members in staying knowledgeable on emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts to the Bank
- Identify and hire for current and emerging talent needs required to enable ongoing value delivery
- Grow team expertise to align with business/enterprise demand and direction; assess team skills and capabilities and continually look for ways to enhance the team's output
- Build and retain an engaged and diverse team where every colleague feels valued, respected, and listened to; committed to a common goal; collaborates to move with speed and get things done

Job Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
- Graduate degree preferred
- 10+ preferred years of development and technology delivery experience with Agile Delivery Experience preferred
- Product knowledge required in the areas of RPA, Power, Pega and Gen-AI
