THE ROLE

As the Senior Specialist/ Specialist, Talent Management (Supply Chain), you will:

Ensure we always have the best Supply Chain talent for our business needs through effective, timely actions
Ensure we consistently acquire the best Supply Chain talent for the business
Accelerate productivity and cultural integration with minimal business disruptions
Direct effective people decisions with accurate assessments of performance and potential
Maximize and accelerate the growth of high performing Supply Chain talent
Inspire sustained performance and commitment to Aritzia
Effectively organize resources to business needs while minimizing wastage
Drive continued performance and commitment with strategic, smart spending solutions
Accelerate stabilization and productivity with minimal business disruptions
Support employees with fair and consistent practices while mitigating undue risk

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Specialist/ Specialist, Talent Management, Supply Chain has:

Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:
- Broad P&C knowledge
- Experience supporting backend people processes
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
