The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

- Ensure we consistently acquire the best Supply Chain talent for the business
- Accelerate productivity and cultural integration with minimal business disruptions
- Direct effective people decisions with accurate assessments of performance and potential
- Maximize and accelerate the growth of high performing Supply Chain talent

- Effectively organize resources to business needs while minimizing wastage
- Drive continued performance and commitment with strategic, smart spending solutions

THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Specialist/ Specialist, Talent Management, Supply Chain has:
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:
- Broad P&C knowledge
- Experience supporting backend people processes
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
