Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to various departments and teams.
Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information.
Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
Prepare presentations and reports as needed.
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
