What you will do:
  • Prepare and complete action plans with Account Executivesto meet and exceed Annual Targets
  • Adviseon Market/Competitive Conditions that effect annual targets/negotiations
  • Review Industry and Region specific trends and analysis by working with MA Director and Financeregarding Expiring Bulk Rates,New Construction Sales,M/A PortfoliosandResidentialSalesTargetsrenewal strategies.
  • Drive revenue and opportunities to other Rogers Lines of Business

What you will bring:
  • Establish employee objectives,complete Performance Reviews
  • Providing leadership, support, coaching and training to Account Executives and Support AE'swithclientrelationships
  • Plan and review compensation plans, enforce policies and procedures, advise on compensation increasesand address any performance issues
  • Enhance relationships with key business partners
  • Develop and execute sponsorship and client events
  • Maintain relationships with key Associations (EOLO, GOHBA, BOMA) and attend Association/ClientFunctions
  • Develop, implement and manage monthly, quarterly and annual sales reporting.
