What will your typical day look like?

Our Global Delivery Network (GDN) is critical for our ability to serve clients globally, amplify competitive positioning and fuel network growth aspiration

• Clients expect consistent high quality delivery requiring standardization of assets, accelerators and innovation to reduce efforts
• Our competitors continue to grow in market, we must be forward-thinking in how we lead and transform service delivery
• Innovation and scale enables cost reductions, improving profitability, and our ability to drive wins in the market
• Our Global Delivery Network is undergoing a multi-year transformation to design and implement the optimal Global Delivery Network (GDN) operating model and footprint for the future to achieve DC adoption increase of 10 percentage points to ~45% by FY29. The Consulting Services GDN team works closely with DTTL, Member Firms, and Delivery centers to accelerate our transition focused on four priorities areas: Accelerate Storefront Integration, Enhance Interoperability, Drive Adoption, and Evolve our Global Delivery Network.

You will make an impact by working with senior leaders on the following:

• Shape and lead execution of strategic projects
• Develop project objectives, scope, timelines, and outcomes
• Develop executive level presentations and insights
• Build and maintain relationships with leadership

Provide strategic insights to drive business decision making

• Develop analytical frameworks
• Execute analysis, develop findings and recommendations
• Support in development and execution of global GDN strategy
• Collaborate and coordinate with DTTL, Member Firms, Delivery Centers and Delivery Pillar teams
• Help create efficient processes for regular deliverables, build agility for rapid response to strategic opportunities and questions

• Bachelors, Masters Preferred
• 4 plus years of Consulting and/or Project Management and Strategy experience at Deloitte
• Project / Program Management: Ability to structure work and engage with broad network of process leads/managers
• Strategic thinking / Problem Solving: Ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires critical thinking and strong analytical skills
• Executive Presence: Engages with diverse executive leadership in an appropriate and effective manner to communicate findings, build confidence in results/process, and promote decision-making

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
