In short, we seek to address the right risks and ultimately add value to their organization. Our team helps business leaders drive effective governance, risk and compliance (GRC) programmes through our Integrated GRC technologies transformation initiatives. As a part of the team, you'll help combine advanced data analysis and leading risk technology tools to offer our clients a sustainable yet high quality and efficient approach to managing their GRC programs. By integrating disconnected risk and compliance programs and unifying fragmented technology solutions, our clients gain an enterprise-wide view of risk and are better equipped to respond to regulatory needs while balancing cost-takeout and digital transformation of risk management. Recent growth in our Integrated Risk and Regulatory Technologies practice has created an immediate need for a high-performing professional looking for a challenging career in a progressive environment. We are seeking a Senior Associate interested in joining our dynamic team as a risk professional. Candidates must have a strong commitment to providing excellence in client service and a demonstrated ability of producing high quality results.

Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a GRC (Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance) Technology Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Implementing and delivering GRC technology enablement services using leading GRC/IRM platforms like, ServiceNow, MetricStream, Diligent, Workiva, One Trust etc. Experience in integrating risk intelligence platforms like BitSight , RiskRecon, Security Scorecard etc. with GRC technology solutions .
• Become a subject matter expert on clients and own the relationship and project delivery.
• Use a broad range of analytics tools, technology, digital solutions, and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.
• Facilitate user workshops and conduct interviews to gather and document business needs, requirements, desired workflows, opportunities, and challenges.
• Develop GRC/IRM business functional and technical requirements, document functional design, process flow diagrams, user stories, and gather feedback to influence solution design and approach.
• Design and architect solutions to automate client GRC/ IRM processes into GRC/ IRM solutions to meet their unique requirements. Design and configure modules within GRC/ IRM solutions including form layouts, workflow, reporting / dashboards, notifications, access controls, data imports etc.
• Assist, and learn from, subject matter specialists across areas such as risk management, operational excellence, governance, information technology security evaluations, cybersecurity, and data .
• Experience with agile methodology , creating process designs, technical designs, defining user stories, working with onshore/offshore development teams, leading user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing the necessary end-user training to deliver the proposed solution.
• Supporting Managers and Senior Managers in the planning of engagements based on an assessment of risks and controls in compliance with PwC's guidelines and standards .
• Participating in the development of timelines and budgets and supporting business development initiatives such as preparation of proposals .

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Proven experience supporting implementations of large complex GRC Technology system/transformation initiatives.
• Post-secondary education in a Business, Finance or IT related field .
• Pursuing or completion of certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or ServiceNow certification (or experience) will be an asset.
• Excellent knowledge of internal audit and controls practices and standards, and relevant control frameworks .
• Confident in establishing priorities, monitoring project delivery, and resolving problems .
• Excellent oral and verbal communication skills .
• Aptitude for project management .
• Ability to carry out multiple tasks in a dynamic and constantly changing environment .
• Exposure to data analytics and visualization tools .
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives .
