Job Skills / Requirements

Position: Mobile Patrol Security Guard
City: London/St. Thomas
Status: Full Time
Hours: 2000 - 0800hrs - Rotating Schedule (84hrs Bi-Weekly)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr 0-3 months
$18.50/hr 3 month - 1 year
$19.00/hr 1year+

In this role, you will be responsible for;
•Responding to alarms and service calls
•Conducting property inspections
•Guard supervision
•Assisting with scheduling
•Client liaison
•Vehicle maintenance

This position entails professionalism, communication, time management, critical thinking, analytical skills, proper procedure, and documentation.

Requirements:
•Must possess a valid G Class license with a minimum driving experience of 3 years.
•Must provide drivers abstract. No more than 2 minor convictions, no major convictions, and no more than 6 demerits in the last three years.
•Valid Ontario Security Licence
•Previous security experience is an asset
•Post Secondary education in a Law Enforcement/Security program from a recognized college preferred
•Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
•Superior written and verbal communication skills
•Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacy
•High School Diploma/GED
•First Aid, CPR Level C
•Immunization Record
•Completion of Paladin Mobile Patrol Training Program (LMS Courses)

Certification Requirements (Any)

Valid G Licence
Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
Valid Ontario Security License
