The Head of Technology, Advisory is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the technology functions within the Advisory Services division. This role acts as a crucial business partner between Technology and KDN Advisory, ensuring the adoption of leading technologies and best practices and supporting member firm activation. The ideal candidate will have a substantial amount of experience in IT leadership roles, demonstrating strong analytical and strategic planning skills.

What you will do
  • Serve as a business partner between Technology and KDN Advisory, ensuring alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the KDN solution onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration and adoption.
  • Develop and maintain technology roadmaps, prioritizing investments to align with business goals.
  • Oversee a technology team, managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Manage overall transformation initiatives, ensuring quality and timely delivery of individual programs and projects.
  • Oversee the development of an effective member firm activation and adoption program, developing and implementing technology strategies to ensure the seamless adoption of new technologies and processes.
What you bring to the role
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10 years + experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects, with knowledge of strategic planning and investment prioritization.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and practices including strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and manage cost implications of organizational changes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in developing and implementing technology roadmaps and learning strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage transformation initiatives and ensure the quality of program and project delivery.
