A career in our Cyber Security practice, within Risk Services team, will provide you with the opportunity to assist clients in developing analytics and technology solutions that help them detect, monitor, and predict risk. Using advanced technology, we're able to focus on establishing the right controls, processes and structures for our clients to ensure that decisions are based on accurate information and assure that information provided to third parties is accurate, complete, and can be trusted. Our team helps business leaders protect and manage their risk related to information regarding technology, people, systems, processes, culture, and physical surroundings. We help clients understand their current capability and develop a plan to target cyber security investment, helping to respond to actual cyber incidents, and advising on legal issues related to breaches, data privacy, and protection.
Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Cybersecurity Controls and Emerging Technologies Senior Associate in the Digital Risk Solutions Practice, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Lead and manage end-to-end client engagements, including scoping, execution, reporting, and delivering tailored recommendations
• Develop and implement cybersecurity recommendations aligned with client objectives and regulatory requirements
• Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, threats, and risks within client environments
• Align cybersecur ity assessments with established frameworks, including NIST CSF (2.0) , NIST SP 800-53, and ISO 27001/27002
• Perform security assessments and review for multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) with a focus on se curity compliance
• Deep understanding on security architecture reviews and knowledge on identity and access management (IAM), data protection, and network security, Vulnerability management in multi-cloud setups
• Address cloud-specific challenges such as misconfigurations, shared responsibility models, and data sovereignty. Perform assessments of security technologies, such as SIEM, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and cloud security platforms
• Provide hands-on support to team members in review of controls, tools, and policies across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
• Conduct technical audits as required to validate security posture. Deliver workshops, training sessions, and presentations to clients and internal teams to foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness as needed
• Stay ahead of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve client outcomes
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve :
• Academic background in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, Science, Technology, Math or Engineering is required
• Relevant certifications, such a s CISSP, CISM, CCSP, AWS Certified Security - Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer
• Background in regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, or CMMC, OSFI-B13)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
