Objective & Purpose

Under moderate supervision, the Client Migration Specialist is responsible for contractual compliance and retirement programs. This often involves assisting customers in ensuring their contractual Agreement is compliant with both SAP and regulatory policies. Will assist customers in decision making for moving off our retiring solutions and deciding on the best path for migrating to a replacement product. This position will serve as a partner and advocate for named accounts to ensure the highest levels of on-going retention and satisfaction. The Client Migration Specialist will setup conference calls with the appropriate client stakeholders to communicate and complete the change. Client Migration Specialists report to a director level. Client Migration Specialists will also be involved with the strategic project management of ongoing and future compliance and migration efforts.

Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills

• Ability to analyze a situation, define key objectives, and recommend strategies and action plans.
• General understanding of business, financial systems and organizational decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated aptitude to assess and analyze issues/data and develop or implement appropriate plan to resolve.
• Must possess a client-focused attitude with the ability to act as a client advocate when escalating and resolving issues.
• Ability to plan and manage high profile projects and possess ability to engage and interact with internal teams.
• Ability to give presentations to small and large groups of people.
• Advanced Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) skills.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 74,100 - 169,800 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
