Job Skills / Requirements
Position: Operations Scheduler
City: Windsor
Status: Casual/On Call
Hours: Various Shifts
Pay Rate: $18.50 / hour
Essential Job Functions:
•Communicates information to Clients and Security Staff using telecommunications systems and equipment
•Answers calls received by Security Staff and General Public and dispatches Security Staff accordingly
•Updates and maintains the Security Incident database
•Update and maintains Security Staff schedules as changes arise during shift as well as filling shifts as vacancies arise
Requirements:
•Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally
•Strong leadership, organization and facilitation skills
•Strategic Thinking
•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
•Strong customer service and multi-tasking skills
•Creative ability to foster new and innovative ways to perform and succeed
•Ability to meet strict deadlines and flexibility in time allocation.
•Proficiency in Computer Usage, with an ability to learn Paladin's Enterprise software
•Experience in scheduling, administration or security supervision would be considered an asset
•Be willing to work flexible hours
•Must provide proof of double vaccination
