You'll love it here! We are hiring immediately for an ASRS Systems Technician. In this role, you will support the daily operation and maintenance of the AUTOSTORE ASRS system. Responsibilities include supporting daily operations, performing and maintaining the system within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), monitoring the information flow between systems and identifying and trouble-shooting issues that could affect production. The responsibilities listed below are encompassing of a ASRS Technician but may vary by departmental assignment.

As the ASRS Technician, you will:
- CMMS Maintenance: Accurately track maintenance activities, repairs, and asset details in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to maintain an up-to-date maintenance history.
- Parts Inventory: Manage parts inventory, ensuring necessary parts are in stock and available for quick repairs, and reorder as needed to support ongoing ASRS operations.
- Asset Protection: Safeguard ASRS equipment and assets by conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues that could compromise asset integrity.
- Working at Heights: Comfortably perform duties at elevated levels, following all safety protocols and using required protective equipment.
- ASRS Preventative Maintenance and Repair: Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and perform repairs to minimize equipment downtime and optimize performance.
- Plan PM activities in conjunction with operations to minimize downtime.
- First Aid: Respond to incidents as a certified First Aid provider, ensuring the safety and well-being of team members.
- Assist in maintenance and repair of other DC facility equipment including automated sorter and conveyors as directed by management.
- DC Operations: have an in-depth system knowledge of Exacta and be able to manage daily operational flow and performance of the warehouse operations and systems.
- Work hand-in-hand with DC operations to ensure Autostore runs without interruption. This includes; managing grid flow, managing waves, repurposing ASRS robots, and remaining in constant communication with operations and production control.
The Experience We Need:
- High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, ASRS systems, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CMMS and inventory management.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and experience working at heights.
- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within the first three months of employment).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
