What will your typical day look like?
The Administrative Services team provides internal administrative support to the business through MySupport (ServiceNow) requests. The role includes, but is not limited to, outlook contacts and v-card creation, excel data entry, calculations and reports, concur expense reports, travel arrangements (incl. airfare, hotel, car rentals), file repository management, transcription services, creating surveys through Qualtrics, basic internet research, PDF document assistance, client Relationship Management (CRM) database update, Word and PowerPoint document edits and Visio. Your main responsibilities will include producing quality work in a fast paced environment, meeting deadlines and client expectations and collaborating and communicating directly with internal clients.
About the team
Part of Central Business Services specifically within our Executive Support Services, the Administrative Shared Services team is foundational to the success of the firm as it relates to quality client service delivery. The role of the Administrative Shared Services Professional is to complete incoming internal client service requests through a shared services model. In order to provide seamless client delivery, the Administrative Shared Services Professional will action assigned service requests aligned to the competency centre that they support.

You are someone who has:
• Minimum 3 years experience in a professional, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Advanced level knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, MS Teams, Adobe
• Exceptional commitment to client service responding to requests in a timely and proactive manner with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and a strong attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Flexibility to meet coverage requirements that could start as early as 7:30 am and finish as late as 6 pm given the support is provided nationally. Overtime may occasionally be required.
• With requests submitted from multiple business across Canada, bilingualism is required with a strong knowledge of French as primary language.
*Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $78,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
