Job Description

HYBRID position at Toronto, Ontario

Must haves:

- Hands-on intensive experience with IBM Web Content Management (must have)
- Intensive hands-on experience with IBM Urban Code deployments
- Experience with SOA applications in a J2EE portal environment
- Extensive experience with updating Wireframes based on BRD (must have)
- Experience with setup Development, Staging and User Acceptance Testing Environments
- Experience in prepare and carry out deployments into the DEV, STAGE and UAT environment
- Database management systems and application database administration
- Experience with Google Analytics and Crystal reports (must have)
- - Hands-on experience in preparing detailed analysis and recommendations to ensure compliance with appropriate OPS standards on security, privacy and accessibility (TRA, PIA, Architecture gating processes) (must have)
  - Experience to carry out Quality Assurance Testing
  - Walkthrough, Documentation and Knowledge Transfer
  - Conduct Design Walkthrough sessions with the project team (must have)
  - Conduct Code-level Walkthrough sessions
  - Produce Technical and Application Design Document (must have)
  - Understanding of systems environments, business analysis and change management in projects or programs related to integrated multi-ministries’ government services (must have)
  - Experience in producing business and technical documentation and agreements
  - Produce step-by-step Installation and Back-out Procedures
  - Post-Implementation support
  - Knowledge of theory and principles of systems design and development, programming concepts and languages, and related methods, techniques, practices and standards
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge and experience with Government Payment Gateway
- Experience with Driver, Vehicle and Health Card Service Ontario web portal services
